Robert Boudwin

In 2020 Robert Boudwin joined Spear Minerals as the CMO & SVP of Sales (a sister company to the production side of the business JBL Energy Partners) which is committed to diversifying retirement planning & creating/preserving generational wealth.

He is proud to call himself not only an executive at Spear Minerals, but also a client having been first to purchase property. In 2/2022 he added being a REALTOR® for clients looking for Real Estate considering himself a “1 STOP SHOP” for all things Real Property.

As a REALTOR® for JLA Brokerage he sells & buys residential houses for individuals & is partnered with Evermark for Commercial Real Estate needs. For over two decades Robert Boudwin was better known as Houston Rockets mascot “Clutch the Bear,” which was a character he created in 1995. In addition to performing at over 1.5K games and 6K shows for the Rockets across the world in 12 countries, he served as a content creator in the engagement economy helping to build the Rockets brand through in-game experience, event planning & management, grass roots marketing initiatives, community investment projects, creating an on-line presence & social media strategies widely being recognized as the creative driving force behind the entire Rockets In-Game Experience & Marketing Efforts for over two decades.

He was producer/performer of popular school shows reaching over 1.25 million elementary students at over 2,100 shows as well as producing & directing Armed Forces Entertainment Tours military bases in Bosnia, Kosovo & England. In the summer of 2016 Robert opened his own Consulting Practice with the XFL, NCAA, U of Houston, MENSA & Sam Houston Race Park being some of his higher profile clients until the Pandemic when his career pivoted to Realtor & Spear Mineral CMO.

Philanthropically he is best known for his work with organ donation awareness having run the Houston 1⁄2 Marathon twice in the full Clutch mascot costume promoting the cause that saved his father’s life & has served on the Corporate Board of Directors for Life Gift 2014-2022 & The Todd Kramptiz Foundation 2015-Present.

He resides in Spring, TX with his 2 sets of twins because God cursed…HE MEANS BLESSED HIM & loves to chronicle his single parenting style at his radicaldadding.com!
