Andy Greever

Andy Greever is the Capital Project Sales Manager for Anvil Smith-Cooper, and co-owner, with his wife Elizabeth, of EverSan Cooper Real Estate Investment Company, which they co-founded in 2016. A former high school teacher and coach, Andy entered the sales profession in 2013.

Over the past 10 years he has transformed himself from someone with a fixed mindset knowing little to nothing about business and sales, into someone who has moved up the corporate sales ranks, as well as co-owning a thriving real estate investment business.

Originally from Iowa, Andy grew up in North Carolina before returning to the Midwest to complete his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa in 2008. He is currently completing his MBA from the University of Illinois.

Andy has been a resident of The Woodlands, TX since 2008 and has been married to his wife Elizabeth since 2013.
