Jenny Rosales

Mrs. Jenny V. Ibarra-Rosales, born in Panama Central America, she worked with the Panama Canal Commission News Paper and in 1985 and she legally migrated to the USA, and relocated in Washington, DC.

She is the Founder/CEO of Voces in Accion/Voices in Action (VEA) a Non-profit, Bi-lingual, Educational Organization and Radio/Podcast Show, dedicated to address the issues that her community is facing and a link of education for the Montgomery County community.
